**HR Administrator/ Training Course Bookings / People Services/ Administration/ Ongoing Assignment/ Immediate Start Available/ IT Skills - Excel / Entry Level Role**

I am working on a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join my clients People Services Team. This role will mostly be responsible for the management of training course organization and bookings. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous administration skills or somebody with excellent IT, Outlook and Excel skills looking to build experience in their first office-based role. I am keen to speak to confident, personable and organized individuals who can work well as part of a team in a fast-paced role.

This will be an ongoing assignment that will last for a minimum 4 month period and does have potential to become permanent.
- Issue invites to delegates for and manage the bookings calendar in Outlook
- Manage changes to event attendance s events and re book delegates as required
- Create training events in Microsoft Bookings for workshops
- Ensure the calendar of optional training courses is up to date
- Manage course bookings on - notifying the trainers of any issues, queries, numbers expected, etc.
- Book venues and lunches for training events
- Issue evaluation forms after training events
- Manage the Skills and Development mailbox and calendar
- Support with the 180-degree feedback process via the inhouse Coaching Culture platform
- Update documents as required
- Photocopying of course documentation and packs
- Issue course materials as required
- Liaise regularly with the Group Leadership Development Programme Lead
- Reviewing contracts and employment documents to identify and input key information
- Respond to any employee queries
- Data entry

**Requirements**:

- Previous office based administrative experience is advantageous, although not essential
- Organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work for multiple stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- A positive and people focused approach to tasks
- An Inquisitive nature
- This will be an office-based role and so applicants must be able to travel to and work from West Thurrock Mon - Fri, 0900-1730 for a minimum period of 4 months.
- Applicants will ideally be able to start work on a reduced/ immediate notice period
- A DBS check will be required for this vacancy
