The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company to join a friendly team as a People Administrator on full time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

You will manage all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, and act first point of contact for People queries you will offer timely resolutions and information as required.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring that colleagues and managers have accurate, up-to-date, information they need to deliver business results with People at the heart of the agenda.

**Key Skills**
- Responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Responsible for key data and metrics.
- Promote and support colleague wellbeing, both as an ethical priority and colleague performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist in delivering the internal communications plan for the business.
- Assist with the recruitment process for all employees, including issuing contracts, and with all other site new starter and leaver activity.
- Where appropriate, support less complex colleague relations matters.
- Ensure People team activities are compliant and to 'audit ready'
- Actively engage with reliable sources to update and enhance own knowledge and understanding of the marketplace, industry, and the People profession.

Paying up to £25,000 - This role is to start immediately for the right person.
