Junior HR Advisor

The ‘Ragdale family’ is what makes the Hall such a successful business, which is why this is such an integral role.- As a Junior HR Advisor, you will be involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding, to learning and development, ensuring that each employee can achieve their full potential, and everything else in between.- You will act as an ambassador for all people related policies and procedures, providing first line advice and support to managers and employees.**What the role involves**:
- Dealing with employee relations cases, providing guidance in relation to performance, conduct and absence.
- Assisting with disciplinary investigations and grievance hearings where required.
- Producing all new starter documentation, including offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Overseeing the successful onboarding all of employees, making this a seamless process.
- Supporting all aspects of The Ragdale Employee Experience, ensuring that all aspects of the employee journey are enhanced.
- Supporting the HR & Development Manager with various aspects of learning & development across the business.
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support to all other transactional HR processes.
- Creating and preparing various HR reports using the HR & Payroll system.
- Trouble shooting basic system errors and responding to system related queries.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of all HR policies and processes.
- We are looking for someone with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or above (or working towards), who wants to bring their positive energy, and motivation to the team.- With experience of dealing with employee relation matters, you will have the ability to take ownership of cases and see them through to a successful conclusion.- You will need to be organised, and able to prioritise, with an inquisitive mind and a sharp eye for detail. Fantastic written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must have strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel and Power Point, as well as good social media skills. Ready to bring fresh ideas to the table, you will also have the experience and knowledge to be able to deliver them.- Experience of using People XD, HR & payroll system would be preferable, but not essential.- It’s fast-paced, there is plenty to do and you’ll always be busy, but you’ll be surrounded by friendly, like-minded colleagues who will support and help you make the most of this exciting new role.**Hours of Work**:

- Working 39 hours per week over 5 days a week, this role will be predominately Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:30pm), with the occasional need to work at the weekend.**Salary**:
