**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a People Advisor. The People Advisor role is to work in conjunction with the wider People Team and key stakeholders across the business to provide practical and proactive HR advisory guidance. In this role you will be:

- Coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of Managers to upskill - at all levels
- Supporting and coaching Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases
- Provide advice to employees and people Managers with regard to employment related issues
- Managing absence cases of long
- and short-term duration
- Supporting the business and wider People Team with managing change processes
- Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
- Carry out quarterly and yearly Audits for on-site Agency to ensure compliance
- Support People Partner with the Company’s Consultative Committee (KCT)

**The Right Person**

We are one big team, and we look for people to join our business who want to work with others but take responsibility for doing their best every day to help to make the business a success. We also need:

- CIPD Level 5, working towards or sufficient work experience
- Strong practical HR skills with broad generalist operational experience
- Experience of manipulating, reporting and presenting data from HR/Payroll software and other data sources
- Experience of working with varied ER casework
