**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join an enthusiastic team, supporting the department in our Water Treatment services with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Water Treatment. Now we need a Service Coordinator.
**Your challenge will include**:
- Booking in engineers and work with clients
- Maintaining our data base for specific works ( Reactive Works)
- Organising diaries / trackers and provide full scheduling service for Reactive Works
- Monitoring and producing monthly reports for data analysis
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
**About you**:
We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organised, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also:
- Experienced in communicating with clients
- Able to work under pressure and have a proactive attitude towards problem solving
- Competent in Excel
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
