**What’s it all about?**

As a Project Coordinator within our IT Operations team, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our technology initiatives running smoothly. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our IT Operations, driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery.

You will assist in planning, executing and closing IT projects, coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information and create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.

In addition, you will schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track projects progress, support creation and management of budgets and timelines and communicate all of the above to key stakeholders at various levels.
