**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- To undertake file reviews in accordance with the relevant review monitoring plan;
- Complete a review of investor/client due diligence to ensure the documentation/ information has been collected to the appropriate standard in order to comply with the JFSC’s AML/CFT Handbook.
- Ensuring that the files are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and AML/CFT requirements.
- Where files are found to be deficient, liaising with the Business to ensure all outstanding documentation/ information is obtained in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the review control schedules to record any findings from the reviews
- Provide guidance and assistance to the Business in respect of the onboarding of the investors into the Fund Entities as required.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have a strong working knowledge of AML/CDD requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years financial services experience, preferably in a Compliance/AML monitoring environment.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in undertaking CDD file reviews
- You are able to manage your own workload to ensure that deadlines and timetables are met
- You have a good knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML / CFT Handbook
