**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- The post holder will undertake compliance monitoring for Regulated FSBs and fund entities that are administered by ADJ. The fund entities comprise of Regulated Funds, Unregulated Funds and JPFs.
- To undertake compliance monitoring in accordance with the relevant monitoring plan for the entities;
- Complete the relevant monitoring checklists and monitoring control sheets
- Maintaining the monitoring control schedules to record any findings from the reviews
- Follow up with the business in respect of any findings from the reviews
- Assist with the preparation of the compliance and MLRO/MLCO reports for the Regulated FSBs and fund entities
- Assist with the preparation of the CMPs for the entities
- Assist the Client Regulatory Team as required

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years financial services experience, preferably within a Compliance or Fund Administration environment
- You have knowledge of the compliance monitoring requirements for Fund entities
- You are able to manage your own workload to ensure that deadlines and timetables are met
- You have a working knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML / CFT Handbook
- You have knowledge of the regulatory framework for funds in Jersey
- Previous experience of undertaking compliance monitoring for Fund entities would be an advantage
- You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate;
- You will have a high level of IT literacy with good Microsoft Office skills.
