We are currently looking for a KYC / Due Diligence File Reviewer to join our Client Regulatory Services team. We offer a dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customised training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

The post holder will focus on undertaking file reviews for investors in fund entities administered by ADJ and for clients of ADJ. The post holder will report to the Manager - Client Regulatory Services
- To undertake file reviews in accordance with the relevant review monitoring plan;
- Complete a review of investor/client due diligence to ensure the documentation/ information has been collected to the appropriate standard in order to comply with the JFSC’s AML/CFT Handbook.
- Ensuring that the files are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and AML/CFT requirements.
- Where files are found to be deficient, liaising with the Business to ensure all outstanding documentation/ information is obtained in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the review control schedules to record any findings from the reviews
- Provide guidance and assistance to the Business in respect of the onboarding of the investors into the Fund Entities as required.

**Your PROFILE**:

- You have a strong working knowledge of AML/CDD requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years financial services experience, preferably in a Compliance/AML monitoring environment.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in undertaking CDD file reviews
- You are able to manage your own workload to ensure that deadlines and timetables are met
- You have a good knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML / CFT Handbook
