**Role Summary**

This role will form part of a global Digital HR team to enhance and manage Talent capabilities, with a specific focus on Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Owns the overall Digital HR Talent architecture and governance to maintain integrity across Lonza’s Workday and global HR systems landscape.
- Support the Design and implementation of a scalable Workday solution across Workday Recruitment and Workday Talent & Performance modules based on business and regulatory requirements
- Advises HR and other stakeholders on matters related to Work Talent procedures and governance.
- Independently identifies, troubleshoots, analyses, and resolves complex issues.
- Works closely with functional HR Administrators and stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend, test, and deliver related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests to ensure compliance and BAU activities.
- Provide daily operational support to end users in Workday and other key cloud solutions

**Key requirements**:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder abilities to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Expertise in developing target operating model and supporting full end-2-end deployments
- Ability to bring strong personal impact with a global and solution-oriented mindset
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Talent & Performance and Recruitment functionality
- Experience creating Excel data for Workday EIB’s required
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management Tool
