**Tell me more about the role...**
You will be primarily responsible for building your business within the HR market in the North West. You will work alongside experienced recruiters and an expert Manager in a supportive team so you just need to bring that desire to be successful and to createsomething great.
Working in our fantastic new Manchester office for part of the week, and from home for the rest of it, you will know the essentials
- Finding leads and following them up, delivering an exceptional service that demonstrates how capable we are as a HR Crowd
- Building your personal brand, so you become known as a go to person for HR Recruitment in the North West.
**What experience do I need?**
In addition, you'll need outstanding communication skills on the phone as well as digitally and confidence that you can build something amazing, and you will need to be able to work autonomously whilst collaborating and being a productive member of a fun andhard working team.

**What can I earn?**
This Recruitment Consultant position offers a basic salary between £24,000 - £38,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a bonus (really simple scheme), receive a holiday allowance that grows over your time with us, more training at every level than you'll ever need and unlimited opportunity.
