**Job title**:Commercial Officer

**Location**:Guildford (alternative Digital Intelligence sites available).** **We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: Up to £35,000 dependant on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Developing, reviewing, approving, and submitting project proposals and pricing within £100m+ framework contracts
- Providing support to the review of contract terms, assessment of commercial risk and generation of appropriate mitigation actions
- Supporting the analysis, negotiation, and integration of suppliers’ proposals for a wide variety of projects to allow appropriately priced and approved proposals
- Generating/maintaining commercial governance in support of the Head of Commercial
- Providing commercial guidance to CORDA staff on the handling, ownership, and user rights in intellectual property

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Knowledge and experience across a breadth of commercial and procurement capabilities including estimating, negotiation, pricing and proposal development, risk assessment and commercial agreements
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience within a commercial setting
- IACCM Certification or willingness to work towards
