**Training Coordinator - Hybrid Working**:

We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site and a lovely subsidisedfood court.
The main purpose of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate organisation, execution and reporting for UK training activities against the annual training plan.
This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Monday to Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off.
This role is hybrid working so 3 days a week on-site and the rest working remotely.
**Key duties for the Training Coordinator will include**:
- Be the first point of contact for all training queries
- Managing the Training inbox
- Managing the execution of the training schedule, determining and delivering the plan for the year
- Research and evaluate recommendation for appropriate training courses or providers
- All elements to support the set up and running of internal and external training courses (room bookings, catering, invitations, resources)
- Coordinate and administer course registration and materials preparation
- Liaising with instructors and suppliers on arrangements
- Evaluate and manage feedback process for training courses
- Managing training nomination process with Managers
- Managing the request and set up of profiles for HSE training for 3rd parties
- Managing the purchase order and billing process for all training courses
- Using training database and external systems to record and manage training records
- Reporting against the training budget
- Coordinate apprenticeship and learning programs
- Track training for Graduates and ASAP programmes
- Strong administrative element to role, can be repetitive
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
