Due to our continued growth and success within the Training Team, Gama Aviation is looking to recruit an Assistant Training Coordinator to assist the Training Team in maintaining the effective control, coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of training events for all Aircrew and Ground Staff (where applicable).-

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Initial and Recurrent training events, liaising with Account Managers and directly with aircrew
- Book ground school training both in-house and with third party providers
- Complete “Training and Checking Authorisation” and OPC forms for CAE and Flight Safety
- Create training certificates for in-house courses as required.
- Record and Maintain aircrew training records using Flight /Airops/Teams
- Produce and distribute weekly stop list for verification purposes

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:
**Essential**
- Experience within office administration
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- High attention to detail. An adaptable and resourceful personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good team player, hunger to learn, confident and articulate

**Advantageous**
- Knowledge of aviation regulations
- Experience working with multiple systems
