**People and Talent Acquisition Advisor**
**Victoria, London**

As a People and Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be passionate about talent sourcing and development, employee engagement, and being part of creating an inclusive workplace culture. You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee growth and development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including extending job offers, negotiating remuneration packages and reference checks

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience in a People function role, recruitment or talent acquisition experience is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and HiBob and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
