Due to growth we have a requirement for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with our Datacentre businesses. The Datacentre business is a growing international team, which delivers our most technically complex engineering led projects.

The Role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor will be part of the TA team and wider Talent Development function. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will deliver a quality, timely and effective recruitment service by working with Talent Acquisition colleagues and the wider HR function. You will have accountability to identify high calibre individual's and act in accordance with the full cycle of the recruitment process within the Datacentre business, and be involved in recruitment across ISG's other business units including Construction, Engineering and Fitout.

Key deliverables

**Permanent recruitment activity**:
Work with Talent Acquisition Sourcers to collaborate with senior managers and HRBPs to build strong relationships and understand their business areas, the team dynamics and the roles within their teams.
Maintain a strong awareness by keeping abreast of current and upcoming projects and wider ISG business needs, which require specific skill sets.
Understand and anticipate recruitment needs
Ensure frequent and relevant meetings are conducted with Business Area contacts and continue to build on those relationships
Where necessary, conduct internal and external benchmarking for each vacancy and present findings to recruiting managers with recommendations
Manage all data points to ensure the creation of reporting is accurate
Be part of wider Talent Acquisition projects and in some cases lead projects, to enable the vision of the Talent Acquisition Team is realised
Ensure Partnerships with Recruitment Agencies are maintained and effective.
Using persuasive communication to ensure senior managers are following process and utilising the Talent Acquisition Team to manage the recruitment
Communicate regularly with senior managers keeping all stakeholders aware of how the recruitment is progressing
Coaching new and less experienced members of the team

**Industry data**:
Gather and report on market intelligence on competition, remuneration and compensation to input into effective and appropriate recruitment and reward structures

**Management data, information and reporting**:
Have an input into management information statistics, in an agreed format, to present data/information such as number of vacancies, method of recruitment, cost per head/vacancy, cost per division, trends and critical analysis, etc.

What do you need ?

Strong recruiting experience with knowledge on current employment legislation
Experience managing internal relationships with recruiting managers and the wider HR Function, providing advice and guidance on recruitment channels and best practice
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective planning, organisational and time management skills
Be open and engaging with a down to earth personality and a sense of personal ownership
Remain resilient particularly when dealing with conflicting priorities or change of business needs
Publicly present our job openings at recruitment events
