My client, a truly international and innovative law firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London office and support with end-to-end Fee Earner and Paralegal recruitment.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment needs for Fee Earners and Paralegal’s across the London office. Working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition Manager.

The key duties will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for lateral hires across the Practice groups.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all external recruitment agencies. Developing and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all Terms of Business are agreed in writing, managing agency performance on an ongoing basis.
- Championing diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process and contributing to D&I recruitment-based initiatives and projects.
- Drafting recruitment business cases, job descriptions and adverts. Ensuring all templates are kept up to date.
- Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Advisor - Business Services and Talent Acquisition Assistant on Talent Acquisition projects and to ensure a collaborative approach within the recruitment function.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to train and develop the Talent Acquisition Assistant and maximise their abilities.

My client is looking for an individual who is keen to develop their recruitment skills and knowledge and who can offer excellent client service. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will have proven recruitment experience either in the legal sector, professionalservices or recruitment agency environment. Your excellent communication skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with senior people across the firm. You must have the ability to prioritise and deal with matters of a sensitive nature.
