**The Role**:In the Business Development Manager role you will be primarily responsible for generating your own leads and dealing with inbound enquiries.
Specific tasks include:
- Finding new corporate clients through LinkedIn outreach and prospecting
- Managing your sales pipeline using Sales Navigator
Please remember that this is a home-based position.
We also need you to have prior experience of achieving sales targets to progress within your career.
It's also essential that you've got experience of confidently communicating with senior decision makers.

**The Package**The basic salary for the Business Development Manager role is up to £35,000 per annum with a first year genuine OTE of over £50,000. By year three if you are hitting achievable targets, you will be earning £75k + and this is uncapped. The top earners are allhitting six figure salaries.
