**Sales and CRM Administrator | Hybrid Working | Circa £30,000 | Maidenhead | Bonus Potential**

CV Screen are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Sales and CRM administrator to join a leading technology company based near Maidenhead. Our client is seeking an approachable individual with an analytical mind, who has experience using CRM’s, tosupport the sales team.

An annual salary of up to £30,000 is available depending on experience.

**Client**
Our client is a brilliant technology company, prominent within the IoT/Telecoms space. This is a welcoming and friendly organisation, with the business keen on developing and progressing the careers of its employees.

**Responsibilities**
- Acting as the CRM Administrator, capturing issues and escalating to Level 2 Support where necessary
- To ensure data contained within Salesforce is kept up to date, supporting the team where needed, e.g. account ownership movements, opportunity dates, etc.
- To work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to produce reports and dashboards, enabling them to track all inbound leads and monitor their progress through to conversion, giving a better insight into the ROI of marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Great Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables/lookups)
- Experience creating analytical dashboards/reports is desirable
- Knowledge of Salesforce/ CRM’s is desirable
- Have a friendly and approachable personality
