We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader based near Marlow. Our client is looking for a motivated and organised individual keen to learn and develop their career. Experience for this role isn't essential - what's most important is attitude, flexibility and attention to detail. In this role, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business by ensuring sales orders and contracts are processed correctly and in a timely manner. This is a hybrid role - 3 days in and 2 from home. Must have a car due to location. £24k - £27k depending on experience. Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately and on time Make sure sales orders match with customer PO and invoice address, delivery address, contact details and VAT are correct Ensure purchase prices are correct from suppliers and raise PO as appropriate Keep customers updated on ETA Invoice the orders Assist Helpdesk and Sales team with queries Communicate with the Commercial Services team to pass orders/queries re support Process new and renewal contracts Maintain contracts with accurate details avoiding discrepancies and update suppliers to match the back-to-back support Skills / Experience Attention to detail Positive attitude Quick learner Own initiative Eagerness to learn Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Team player Organisational skills 'Can Do' attitude Good IT skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
