Role Summary

UK Connect seeks a Marketing Executive with prior experience across the full marketing mix, to support our growth within the Construction Sector and other targeted industries. You will be pivotal in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. Our mission is to connect the disconnected, bridge the connectivity gap, and unlock the full potential of all those we support.

UK Connect is the leading national provider of advanced wireless connectivity, IOT solutions and professional services. We are the market leader in the UK construction sector. We enable our customers to solve their most critical technology challenges, enabling IOT technologies and Digital Transformation. We remain dedicated to connecting the disconnected, utilising enterprise-grade wireless technologies such as 5G FWA, LEO Sat, and 5G Private Cellular Networks, to name a few.

Established in 2013 with a robust CAGR of 32%, UK Connect connects over 2,500 sites yearly to advanced wireless communications and IOT Solutions. About You

As an ambitious and dynamic individual, you will possess, or aim to quickly possess, a proven record in campaign management and content creation. You have an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and you understand how the marketing function contributes to the strategic growth of the company. You have a passion for creative marketing and a dedication toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and analysing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events and social media.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Event Support: Help organise and promote marketing events, trade shows and product launces.
- Marketing Administration: Liaise with Finance and partners to ensure POs are raised and actioned in a timely manner.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing

Experience- Proven hands-on experience with event planning, including managing logistics, budgets and stakeholder management.
