Our client is now looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their central team to become a part of their ongoing success story.
The successful Marketing Executive will implement a strong marketing and communications plan, including helping drive the lead generation programme across multiple marketing channels.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will involve working closely with the wider marketing team, whilst naturally supporting and liaising with the business development team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content management - implementing the roll-out of a variety of content, including blogs, whitepapers and reports.
- Client engagement - delivery of ongoing client communications, client events and management of the client testimonial programme.
- Effective reporting on marketing metrics
- Brand guardianship - ensuring the YRH brand is delivered consistently across all touch points and delivering effective sales collateral to support the business development team
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Strong marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Degree in Marketing, or relevant marketing qualifications - desirable
- Experience and knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working within customer-led environments, and comfortable liaising with customers directly.
- Energetic, positive & inquisitive and with a collaborative working style
- Organised and efficient, self-managing
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Process driven, with excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable managing data
- Ability to work from home effectively
