We have an exciting opening for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team This position would be well suited to an individual who is creative, driven, has fresh ideas and a genuine passion for marketing.
- Our team work across the different brands within Gama Aviation Group Technology & Outsourcing business unit and this role will be focused on the FlyerTech brand. This is a new position within the business. This role has amazing scope, with support and guidance from the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for one of the brands within our Group and as a result you will be able to see the impact of your efforts as you enable its growth and success. Whilst the role has quite a broad remit, you will be working with support from the Head of Marketing. There is plenty of opportunity for development and a lot of encouragement to share ideas and support across the team.

**About the role**:
As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for delivering FlyerTech’s overall marketing requirements, increasing brand awareness and providing marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to the business.
- There will be a lot of opportunities to present new concepts to internal and external teams and to drive brand-awareness, engagement, and lead generation.**/**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation and business growth through marketing initiatives.
- Take responsibility for the FlyerTech brand, ensuring brand is kept relevant and up to date and continues to resonate with our target audiences and ensure all marketing assets align with our branding
- Work closely with the FlyerTech Sales Manager and Senior Management to understand market information, trends and requirements for specific campaigns.
- Develop and support multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive marketing qualified leads to the sales team
- Take ownership of the social media channels by implementing a social media strategy and ensuring posts are sent out regularly
- Plan and organise national and international events - from logistics to booth set-up and design.
- Design and create engaging and creative digital and print assets for social media, website and marketing campaigns including adverts, graphics, images, infographics and brochures.
- There will be an occasional requirement to travel to the FlyerTech office in Burgess Hill and some international travel may also be required.
