**/About the role**:
The Creative Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and producing print, digital, video marketing assets and essentially everything creative You will be working with, and consulting on brand guidelines, generating creative ideas for both written and visual concepts, and delivering detailed high-quality videos and images, design, branding and video editing for our fast-growing Technology and Outsourcing business unit.

There will be a lot of opportunities to present new concepts to internal and external teams and to drive brand-awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

**/Responsibilities**:

- Design and create engaging and creative digital and print assets for social media, website and marketing campaigns including adverts, graphics, images, infographics and brochures.
- Plan, film, create and edit compelling video assets for social media, website and marketing campaigns
- Work with the content and communications executive to plan, create and deliver high-quality, creative visual and written content across all available communication channels, (social, web, etc.) that capture the attention of prospects in markets as agreed by the Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing within Technology and Outsourcing’s annual plan
- Assist with the implementation of our SEO strategy by ensuring every piece of digital content is optimised for SEO, adjusting based on feedback and reporting from our SEO agency
- Work with our website agency and take ownership of managing and updating the website to ensure it is kept up to date with the latest functionality and continues to look attractive
- Take responsibility for the myairops brand, ensuring brand is kept relevant and up to date and continues to resonate with our target audiences and ensure all marketing assets align with our branding
- Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows and events. Some international travel will be required.

**/Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:
**Essential**:

- Ability to demonstrate positive energy, a desire to learn and work in collaboration with a team.
- Comfortable with presenting, challenging, sharing ideas, and suggesting new formats and ways of doing things.
- Able to design and create compelling visual assets, combining creative flair with strategic insight.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under challenging time pressures.
- Experienced in working in a similar role
- Skilled in Adobe design product suite

**Advantageous**:

- Experienced in working in a similar role within the aviation industry.
- Qualification or education in media, marketing or similar.
- Experience in photography and videography
- Experience in using video editing tools such as Premier Pro, Moovly or equivalent.
- Demonstrable creative record.
