- Sales experience in a recruitment environment
- Knowledge of IT/Tech recruitment
- Ability to overachieve

**Previous Experience Required**:

- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant
- Knowledge of the IT recruitment industry
- Sales and business development skill set
- B2B sales experience within a recruitment setting
