**Business Development Manager**

**Solar/Renewable Energy**

**£30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Package**

Business Development Manager needed for a Renewable Energy Company based in Reading who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Business Development Manager that takes pride in their work undertaking tasks.

To build and maintain a consistent 'workflow' of retrofit projects through agreed contracts with Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, NHS Trusts, plus other revenue streams. All works to be installed and delivered through the ECO4Government Scheme.

**Some of the main duties of the Business Development Manager will include**:

- Provide regular feedback on contract progress to Head of Supply Chain and other key stakeholders
- Responsible for planning and effecting their own business development to ensure KPI's are met monthly
- Provide thorough progress reports to all external stakeholders monthly
- Identifying key areas for improvement within ECO Department
- Work with internal/external lead generation
- Set up & attend meetings with SH, LA, Private Landlords etc

**What experience you need to be the Successful Business Development Manager**:

- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Strong management skills
- 3 years sales / BDM experience with a service sector organisation
- Commercial and contractual experience
