We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for an offshore engineering company. The role is long term.

**Client Details**

You will be working for a company dedicated to offshore wind energy with multiple projects across Scotland.

**Description**
- Dealing with wide range of general enquiries;
- Arranging meetings, booking facilities/equipment, preparing agendas, distributing minutes;
- Supporting management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Managing incoming phone calls;
- Providing administrative support service;
- Maintaining and developing budget recording, stock control, accounting procedures and filling system for all areas of the team;
- Undertaking housekeeping of electronic data system ensuring all valuable data is retained at all times;
- Assisting teams with organising internal/external Board and Committee meetings;
- Additional ad-hoc projects

**Profile**
- Previous experience of working in an office environment (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Energetic, warm and positive nature
- You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- You should have the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload as you will be required to work on your own initiative for large parts of the day

**Job Offer**
- Mostly office based (Edinburgh Haymarket)
