Due to the continued growth, the company has created an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, well organised long standing Team Secretary. This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, whereby you will gain full in-house training and the opportunityto work directly and exclusively with the qualified senior paraplanners of the team, assisting them with daily paraplanning and administrative task. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring the financial planning process between the adviser and clientremains efficient and seamless.
**Team Secretary Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and sending letters of authority to providers.
- Calling providers on a daily basis to set expectations and ensure deadlines are met.
- Data entry of information received from providers into an Excel template, for further analysis by the Senior Paraplanners. Absolute precision is required.
- A willingness to undertake additional study to understand the technical information received from the providers.
- Daily communication with Senior Paraplanners and supervisors on case management.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and administrative task.
**Team Secretary Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.
- Ability to work within defined business processes, achieving agreed outcomes without supervision.
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
- Professional phone manner.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and own workload.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and use initiative to think proactively.
- A team player with an assertive “can do” approach.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.
Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.

**Salary**: £26,000 per annum
