**Inbound Customer Service Representative**

As an **Inbound Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support. You will assist customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product/service information, order inquiries, billing issues, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints, address concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and service offerings.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
