**The role**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling in with questions, requests, or support needs. You’ll provide excellent service, handle enquiries efficiently, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Providing helpful, accurate, and friendly support
- Handling issues and problem-solving with a proactive approach
- Supporting sales processes and achieving team objectives
- Maintaining records and updating systems accurately

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required
