Quality Control - Extrusions
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Perform product conformity tests in compliance with awarding certification requirements
- Undertake compliance audits, reporting any nonconformities
- Accurately record test results and findings and circulate accordingly
- Complete and distribute quality documentation in the identification of non conforming product
- Liaise with key personnel to ensure quality levels are maintained
- Liaise with others in the identification of opportunities for improvement to products and systems
- Assist in the management of the master library, ensuring documentation and samples are maintained
- Quarantine stock in response to concerns over product quality or at management request
- Ensure customer concerns are communicated to essential personnel
- Reporting relevant information on nonconformities and assist in the coordination to support corrective and preventative action
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and of other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions
- Following health and safety instructions provided by the employer
- Correctly using personal protective equipment and clothing
- Taking care to use equipment safely and for its intended purpose
- Reporting hazards and potential problems without delay
- Reporting all work-related injuries and incidents that you think could result in harm to health
- Co-operating with the company on health, safety and environmental matters
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £12.30 per hour
