**Quality Controller**

We are seeking a Quality Controller (QC) to join the team working 4 on 4 off days and nights, 6am-6pm.

*Due to location, own transport is essential. The role is based at Low Marnham, which is 13 miles from Newark town centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be reporting directly to the QA Manager
- Maintaining and promoting technical and quality standards
- Carrying out online QC checking/auditing to ensure correct standards are applied and adhered to
- This includes CCP checks, product quality checks, environmental checks, glass audits, hygiene audits and GMP audits, auditing against \QMS and GMP, conducting product assessments, the monitoring ,reporting and inspecting quality issues throughout the process. Including production,equipment,machinery,hygiene,finished product and lab results.
- You will adhere to the quality manual and educate staff where necessary on the best practice and complete paperwork ensuring site is audit ready.

**Requirements**:

- You must display high attention to detail.
- High Levels of accuracy with good problem solving skills.
- IT Literate - intermediate level with MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proactive, task orientated and good at completing tasks and meeting targets in a timely manner.
- Good level of functional skills.
- Manufacturing experience and ideally hold or have held a QC or QA role
