Due to business growth, we now have a vacancy in our Quality Control team to ensure that all staff are compliant not only to FCA and DPA standards but our own company standards as well.

This role offers the ability to work either Monday to Friday (9.00 - 17.30) or compressed hours working 4 days a week (8.00 - 18.25)

We are ideally looking for someone with the qualities below to work within the Quality Control Team in this technical and busy environment:

- The ability to provide feedback in a constructive way to help develop staff.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- An excellent knowledge of insurance principles and products
- Excellent people and rapport building skills
- The ability to display professionalism and resilience constantly
- The ability to identify trends
- The ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suit
- Excellent attention to detail

**Your daily role will include but not be limited to**:

- Call checking employees on all insurance product types and providing detailed feedback on their calls/admin work.
- Auditing competency assessments to ensure consistency with our company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability and are complying with company policies and procedures, FCA and DPA requirements.
- Providing constructive feedback to staff to ensure they are continually developing and are aware of areas of improvement.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Quality Control Manager.
