You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers professionally both on the telephone and face-to-face, be a real go-getter and have great entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy interacting with people and ready to go the extra mile. **The role includes (but is not limited to)**: - Researching new topics and industries and leads. - Identifying the key sectors to promote to. - Account management of current clients. - Creating databases. - Marketing and copywriting. - Cold-calling. - Website creation. - Client meetings. - Running the conference and exceeding clients’ expectations on the actual day at the conference. - Liaising with other teams on conferences. - Keeping trackers and slack canvas up to date. - Meeting targets and KPIs outlined by your line manager. **Person requirements** We are looking for top quality talent, so you will need to be: - Clear and confident spoken English and excellent telephone etiquette. - Proficient in researching, collecting, analysing and inputting data. - Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft office, google docs and CRM software. - Personable, or would be described as "bubbly" or "extroverted" - Previous office experience, ideally in a full time role. - Continuous employment evidenced on CV is desirable. - London based or within a reliably commutable distance. - Alchemically excellent, achieving B's and above at GCSEs, A levels, and a 2.1 Degree. - Previous experience in any type of events or conferencing industry/environment would be advantageous. - Passionate about conferences and keen to grow with the company. **What Will We Offer You?** - **In-Depth Training**: Our focus is on constant training, development, collaboration and innovation - you will be listened to and respected from day one and we will invest in your personal and professional development through formal training and mentoring. - **3 Monthly Reviews**: You will meet with your manager every 3 months to discuss your goals and progression and next steps up the career path. - **Lots of Socials** We have fun together and like to celebrate our successes together - **Personal Development**: Our Investment In People training programme covers non-role specific training such as financial wellbeing, time management etc for more rounded, holistic training. - **Recognition & Reward**:We reward hard work and results and make innovation and creativity a key performance indicator**.** - **Employee Wellbeing**:We care about our staff and so encourage healthy work/life balance and working hours.
