As a Junior Conference Producer at Foresight Events, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in conference production. This role is ideal for someone with conference production experience, excellent organisational abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of conferences, collaborate with industry experts, and play a key role in shaping event agendas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research to identify key trends and topics for conference development.
- Support the coordination of conference logistics, including speaker management and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with senior producers and industry experts to contribute to the development of engaging conference agendas.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance.
- Assist in the evaluation and analysis of event success through post-event reports and feedback.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working within the events and conference sector
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Passion for the events industry and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
