You would be joining an international commercial media & events business as a Conference Producer. A business that has an established network of global offices and a reputation for creating large scale B2B conferences. This events business has a proven track record of developing the careers of graduates up through the business into management positions. **The Conference Producer Job**

As a Conference Producer, your role will be varied and fast-paced, you will be responsible for:

- Research the commercial market to identify conference topics, themes, speakers etc
- Writing content and creating a content strategy
- Develop a sponsorship sales strategy with the sales team
- Work with marketing to create a campaign that will engage the audience and attract delegates
- Building relationships with key industry professionals
- Create engaging, content driven, and innovative agendas
- Driving the event forward, motivating and supporting the sales, ops and marketing teams when required
- Commercial awareness when creating the agenda and the supporting strategy
- As a Conference Producer, you will be talking with business professionals and leaders every day, it’s a big part of your job, and you need to be confident, credible, and able to absorb information and communicate effectively.
- Collaborative team working, sharing updates and information
- Attending the conference on the day, supporting the team, attendees and sponsors
- Post event analysis
- Developing ideas for future events, strategies to grow your events and continue to improve the event experience year on year

**The person**

This role would suit a commercially minded, creative, motivated and resourceful Graduate looking for a position that is challenging, offers responsibility and has long term career progression.
- A graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st Degree
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy building relationships and developing understanding
- Confident talking over the phone, able to question & discuss topics with senior professional
- Marketing skills are advantageous
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Professional and credible over the phone and in-person
- Inquisitive and creative nature
- Excellent research skills, content driven
- Project management skills; able to manage time, workload and internal stakeholders
- Experience in successfully meeting deadlines and budgets
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, positive solution driven Conference Producer who works hard to make things happen
