The Conference Producer role will be responsible for in-depth research with senior leaders and teachers working in schools across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, writing event agendas as well as inviting speakers, and managing and delivering their ownportfolio of conferences and training courses. **Key responsibilities and tasks include**: - Producing in-depth research across the English-speaking international schools sector - Identifying, inviting, confirming and liaising with high profile speakers from across the English - speaking international schools sector - Producing engaging and well-written conference agendas - Liaising and working with a dedicated operations team in managing preparations for events and assisting speakers on-the-day - Working closely with and briefing the marketing team to ensure events are a commercial success - Developing and building relationships with relevant sponsors and key membership associations - Previous conference production experience is advantageous, but not essential - A strong interest in and passion for the schools sector - Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and targets weekly - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to reach out and work effectively with speakers and organisations - An ability to work independently whilst possessing the ability to think outside of the box, free from set processes or rigid structures - A great team player with an ambitious and positive attitude - An undergraduate degree **What do we offer?** - Competitive Salary based on experience plus annual 20% profit share scheme - 37.5 hours per week - 25 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year to a max of 28 days) - Day off for your birthday - Flexible working - Perkbox - Access to corporate discount at over 3500 UK gyms - Techscheme - Cycle to work scheme - Childcare scheme - Group Life Assurance - Employee Assistance Programme - Pension Scheme - Opportunities for professional growth - Summer and Christmas Parties and team socials
