**The company**
- For over 20 years this respected B2B Media & Events Company has successfully created & delivered industry leading conferences and exhibitions all around the world. They have an expanding _international network of offices that produce events for a variety of industry sectors from pharma to transport._

**The role**:
The Conference Producer will have responsibility for the production & delivery of large scale B2B Telecoms events which have a pay to attend conference and free to attend exhibition format. The Conference Producer will have specific responsibility for:

- Research & analyse the best conference topics & programme format
- Develop your market knowledge & understanding and develop lasting relationships with key industry professionals
- Grow & develop the conferences through the creation of innovative formats, recruiting excellent speakers
- Create high quality, commercial, profitable and marketing leading events
- Attend relevant industry and competitor events
- Create the website copy, marketing and other promotional material and create content for event marketing campaigns
- Ensure your events are delivered within budget and on time
- Working strategically with the marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure the event reaches the right audience and achieved its revenue targets. Lots of collaborative team work
- Attend the event on the day
- Develop ideas for new events to be launched, geo-clones, new event streams etc
- Post events analyse and report findings

**The person**:_To be considered for this conference producer job ideally, you will have:_
- A 2:1 or 1st degree / MA
- 6 + months Conference Production experience or perhaps you are working in delegate sales and would like to move into a producer role?
- Excellent research & analysis skills
- Interest in telecoms and business in general
- Creative, commercial, business orientated nature
- Self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Able to work in a structured and organised way
- Great copywriting & communication skills
- Confidence when picking up the phone to talk with senior business professionals
