Citywire produces over 100 events a year - from half day forums and roundtable debates to multi-day conferences and award ceremonies- taking place all over the globe, in person, hybrid and virtually. From Miami to Bangkok, Paris to Montevideo, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a successful team, which requires significant international travel commitments and, sometimes, non-conventional working hours.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As our Junior Conference Producer, you will be involved in:

- Undertaking speaker research for UK and international events within budget and on brief
- Compiling briefing notes, deadlines and arranging tech checks for speakers and event chairpersons
- Creating slideshow presentations and putting together key-note speaker programmes for the events
- Assisting in creating content for the main speaking sessions, including stage and studio artwork
- Working closely with our Video and IT teams to deliver high quality virtual sessions from our London studios, and creating briefing documents for audio visual teams including the Citywire Studios team
- Booking speaker travel, meals, tech assistance and accommodation
- Updating online web content on event websites, setting up webinars and hosting virtual sessions behind the scenes over Zoom
- Organizing and attending rehearsals, and show calling on site at events and in our studio

- Exceptional research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team
- Flexibility to travel (internationally) frequently and work outside of normal office hours
- Professional and effective communicator, with the ability to maintain accuracy and work to deadlines
- Passion for innovation and learning new skills
- An interest in the audio and visual aspects of events
