**Meetings & Events Supervisor**

Holiday Inn London - Kensington High Street is one of Europe’s largest Holiday Inns, the hotel offers an ideal central London location, stylish modern accommodation and a world of culture and comfort for both leisure and business travellers. The hotel has 706 modern guest bedrooms 13 flexible meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates. Our Food & Beverage offering comprises of a spacious restaurant, Lounge Bar and Open Lobby café. Additionally, we offer a stunning private garden area plus a Health Club, Pool and Spa.

We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and open minded Conference & Events Assistant Supervisor. Reporting to the Conference & Events Assistant Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and maximising impeccable service within the meetings, conference and events department. Making sure all details of meetings, events and conference enquiries are delivered accurately and to the clients requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To work with the C&E Assistant Manager to ensure all the set up’s are correct for each meeting to the clients specifications.
- Pay attention to details in order to deliver an exemplary service to all our guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supervise the team ensuring that they understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have full understanding of how to read a function sheet.
- Set up the basic Audio Visual requirements.
- Work closely with the C&E Sales team to ensure that customers requirements are consistently and competently delivered.
- Run briefing sessions with team members.
- Be flexible at all times and available to cover a variety of early and late shifts.

- **Key Requirements**:
You will be a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to plan, prioritise, multi task and self manage, without constant supervision. Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail are also key requirements of the role.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
