**Job Function**
- To provide administrative support to the Finance and Senior Management teams, ensuring customer order and invoicing processes are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

**Main Duties**
- Customer Order, Sales and Retail Customer Invoice Processing
- Support the delivery of sales targets for specified account(s), liaise with customer vendor support teams to ensure effective exchange of data
- Analyse and report Site Sales KPIs
- Reporting to management on service level and issues
- Provide administrative requirements including processing orders and invoices in a timely manner through EDI systems, preparation of weekly sales reports and product pricing information.
- Updating Si system with new or amended product data ensuring all information is accurate.
- Liaise with external distribution providers to ensure despatch and invoicing records are consistent, reporting on discrepancies.

**Skills required**
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
- Confident communication skills
- Experience in database management
- Ability to manage own work schedule and also work in a team environment
- Sales reporting and a general knowledge of order processing and invoicing
- Highly competent in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment, achieving set time scales
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers colleagues and management.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
