In this varied and pivotal role, you will be an integral support to the supply Chain team. Reporting to the Lead Material Scheduler, you will have responsibility for liaising with the Production Planner on a daily basis to ensure all orders are produced against the production plan, in the agreed sequence, and in line with order/delivery schedules. This will involve the co-ordination of Goods In, monitoring stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of raw and bulk materials, flagging any issues within the supply chain as appropriate; creating purchase orders to support the finance function; and assisting with the administration of quarter end stock taking activities. You will also provide cover for the Lead Material Schedule when necessary.

Excellent communication skills are key to the successful performance of this role combined with ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and strategic external suppliers. You’ll be well organised, capable of managing a number of tasks and projects simultaneously with the ability to interpret a variety of instructions presented in variable formats. A good problem-solver, you will have excellent attention to detail, are data driven and able to present reports clearly and concisely.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
