We are now looking for a Business Systems Analyst to take on a key role within our organisation.

**The Role**
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will take a leading role in projects to introduce, configure and implement solutions to meet the needs and expectations of our colleagues and customers.
From initial requirements gathering, through process and solution modelling, to introduction and maintenance of our systems, you will be a lynchpin of the process. Your business analysis and facilitation skills will therefore be just as important as your technicalexpertise.
You will be involved in a wide variety of projects including housing management, asset management and repairs systems, among many more.
**About You**
To be considered as a Business Systems Analyst, you will need:

- Experience of requirements gathering and business analysis techniques
- Experience of managing SQL Databases, including writing SQL to interrogate data
- Experience of project or work package management and work within a project team environment
- Experience of integrating systems and an understanding of APIs and web technologies
- The ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
As part of your role, you will occasionally be required to work outside of normal hours.
