**£45k-£55 DOE | Hybrid Working | Free onsite Parking**

**FP Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Developing and reporting on financial and operational performance metrics and goals
- Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure fleet health (DNRs) is in line with agreed targets
- Demonstrate appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

**FP Analyst Requirements**:

- You will be a qualified Accountant with commercial and FP&A experience
- Educated to a degree level
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong excel skills, the experience of BI tools and ideally CRM systems
- Proven quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
