Job description
Nationwide Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team.
The company based in the office in Luton
The work is to be started ASAP.
FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS 25- 35 hours per week on a SELF EMPLOYED BASIS
Main responsibilities:
- Raising POs and Invoices to our clients
- Co-ordinating the projects as per their deadlines
- Updating the projects through Smartsheet/Maintenance Portal
- Checking and signing off projects' paperwork before processing payments
- Liaising directly with the Accounting Department regarding payments
- Liaising directly with the Managing Director and the Project Managers
- General office duties
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Are able to work under pressure
- Very communitive as dealing with top-level executives
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook
**Job Type**: Part Time 25- 35 hours per week
**Salary**: £13-15 per hour SELF EMPLOYED
