**Job summary**
**_Hours: Typically, 8am-6pm (8-hour shift patterns including a break). There are occasional morning/ evening meetings or events where the shift would then change to accommodate._**
**Why is this role important and how does it fit into the team, department and wider firm?**
We’re looking for an Assistant to join our Front of House team, delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. The Front of House Assistant will work within the Client & Marketing (C&M) department, which includes Business Development, Bids, Marketing, Client Relationships, Events & Front of House (FOH).
The FOH team are frequently the first impression of the wider business and our values for stakeholders and clients alike.

**Person specification**
**What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?**
- Computer literate and able to navigate different computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office; MS Teams and Zoom; Room booking platform

**Who would be a good fit for this role?**
As part of the Front of House team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a reception, hospitality, or luxury retail environment
- Proactive and forward thinking
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment but also able to work independently
- Able to interact and network with a variety of people
- Self-motivated and level-headed with a resilient and tolerant outlook.
