**We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader **for** The Edwardian Manchester **Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join our Front of House team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Reception Team Leader.
- As a Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
- Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
