Required to have at least 1-2 years receptionist experience, in a salon would also be ideal but not essential as training is provided.

Daily Tasks will involve:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking/checking in and out appointments
- Inputting deliveries
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Client refreshments throughout the day
- Start of day and End of day duties
- Cash handling

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with any queries or requests
- Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
- Monitor and replenish stock at the front end
- Adhere to food safety regulations when handling food items
- Operate cash registers and handle payments
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculations
- Willingness to help customers and provide assistance as needed
