**About The Role**:
TCFM are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis to cover maternity. As part of the team you will be covering the London and South East areas for our business, helping to fill permanent roles as well as building a talent bank to help with short term demand.

What we need:
To attract and maintain a talent bank of flexible workers who will be available to cover hours for us internally. The role will be working with high volumes of positions to cover, some of which will be last minute so we are looking for someone who is pro-active and self-motivated. You will be looking after an area of the country/business and will be responsible for reducing our costs around recruitment. As our business is 24/7 you will be required to work some weekends, however you will get get time off in lieu for this. The role will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home per week.

What the role looks like:
We are passionate about giving our current colleagues extra work, so you will be using our Talent Bank of existing colleagues and our flexible workers to cover last minute drop outs and project works.
You will also be required to recruit for permanent roles
Build relationships with out management teams to understand their requirements
Generating a new Talent Bank of flexible workers
Ensuring all our roles are advertised on the right sites to generate interest
Booking face to face interviews
Continually liaise with our internal Talent Bank to ensure that they are still available for work
Keeping our ATS system up to date

- Previous experience of working as a recruitment consultant/internal recruitment resource
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work with high volumes of vacancies
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong decision making and problem solving skills
