**Things you should know**:
We are seeking an individual to provide proactive recruitment assistance and support to the Talent Acquisition Team and internal customer across the business
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Post adverts through appropriate internal and external channels
- Ensure recruitment trackers are kept up to date and provide regular data & MI to the wider Talent Acquisition Team
- Monitor the Recruitment inboxes and respond within SLA’s
- Coordinate interviews and assessment days, ensuring adequate assessors, rooms and resources
- Participate in assessments by scribing at interviews and group exercises
- Assist with PES when required
- Support the preparation and attendance of local jobs fairs
- Act as an Ambassador for the Employer Brand at all times

**Things we need from you**:
- Experience in a recruitment role would be desirable but not necessary
- Experience within a contact centre environment or strong operational business knowledge with a desire to commence a career in recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds with diverse experiences
- Integrity, flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential
